Balsamic and Brown Sugar Glazed Salmon Recipe

Imagine tender fillets of salmon, perfectly seared, and glazed to perfection with a luscious balsamic and brown sugar reduction. Whether you're hosting a dinner for friends or seeking a gourmet weekday treat, Balsamic and Brown Sugar Glazed Salmon promises to elevate your dining experience with each delectable bite.

Ingredients:

  • 4 6oz salmon fillets
  • 3 tablespoons Grosoli Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Fresh cracked black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Whisk together balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, soy sauce, olive oil and garlic for glaze.
  2. Place salmon fillets skin-side down on a baking sheet and season with pepper.
  3. Bake at 400°F for 10 minutes then coat salmon with the glaze.
  4. Bake for 5 more minutes until balsamic glaze is sticky and salmon is opaque.
  5. Serve salmon drizzled with extra glaze over rice or greens.
