Forno Bonomi Savoiardi Ladyfingers are sponge cakes with a crunchy outside and a soft inside. Ladyfingers are most well-known for their use in making Italian Tiramisu. These cookies traditionally soaked in a coffee liqueur before being coated with a sweet mascarpone cheese cream and stacked to form a layered cake.
