Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another email when your order ships.

In-store pickup

Skip the shipping fee with free local pickup at Cucina Verona Mercato, 353 N Franklin St, Fort Bragg, CA 95437. Choose local pickup at checkout and your order will be ready within 1 to 3 business days. We will email you when it's ready.

Pickup hours are 9 AM to 6 PM, every day. Please bring your order confirmation email.

Returns

Because our products are food, we can't accept returns of opened items. Unopened, non-perishable items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition, and we will refund the item price less return shipping.

Damaged orders

If anything arrives damaged, email us at eat@cucinaverona.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.
