Caputo "00" Baking Flour (the pink bag) is finely milled Italian soft-wheat flour at 11% protein, lower in gluten than bread flour. Use it as an all-purpose flour: it is made for pastries, cakes, cookies and tarts, and works well for everyday baking. Caputo is a third-generation family mill in Italy. Non-GMO, vegan, kosher and halal; no bromate, bleach or conditioners. Contains wheat; may contain soy. 1 kg (2.2 lb) bag. Keep cool and dry.
