Sicilian Coffee Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of Morettino Sicilian Coffee, brewed and cooled
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • Whipped cream and cinnamon for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Melt the chocolate chips in a heatproof bowl over simmering water.
  2. Gradually add the brewed coffee to the melted chocolate, stirring until smooth.
