Calabrian Spicy Glazed Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • Calabrian Hot Pepper Honey (Tuttocalabria)
  • Hot Chile Pepper Jam (Italian Harvest)
  • Arrabbiata seasoning (Il Boschetto)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and a generous sprinkle of Arrabbiata seasoning.
  2. In a baking dish, arrange the chicken and bake for 25 minutes, or until they're nearly done.
  3. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan over low heat, mix equal parts of the Hot Pepper Honey and Hot Chile Pepper Jam, stirring until they form a smooth glaze.
  4. Remove the chicken from the oven and brush generously with the spicy glaze.
  5. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the chicken is glazed and cooked through with a sticky and glossy coating.
  6. Serve hot with a side of crusty bread to soak up the sweet and spicy flavors, and enjoy a bold dish that brings the heat of Calabria to your dining table.
