Wild oranges from Calabria, the renowned region for citrus in southern Italy make up this perfectly balanced marmalade from Italian Harvest. Each jar contains the pulp and peel of wild oranges from the coastal mountains of the Cosenza area of Calabria preserved in sugar syrup. The fruit is vine ripened and is grown and processed by the small farm of Paradiso dei Golosi. All natural ingredients. This is a natural preserve made from fresh, ripe fruit at the time of harvest from small cooperative farming communities in Calabria, Italy. No preservatives added.
