This cold-processed, unfiltered olive oil is produced from five Tuscan olive varieties: Frantoio, Leccino, Maurino, Moraiolo and Pendolino and one Apulian variety, Croatian. Bright green-gold in color with aromas and flavors of fresh cut glissando a peppery finish which are reminiscent of the finest Tuscan olive oils. Our olive oil reflects an artistic blend of our Italian heritage with a touch of California flair. Please store in a cool, dark place. 375mL.
