Rustic Tomato and Basil Sauce with Lingua di Suocera

Ingredients:

  • Marella Organic Lingua di Suocera
  • Fresh tomatoes, chopped
  • Garlic, minced
  • Fresh basil leaves, torn
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:

  1. Cook Lingua di Suocera in boiling salted water until al dente.
  2. In a skillet, sauté garlic in olive oil until fragrant.
  3. Add tomatoes, cook until soft, and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Drain the pasta and toss it with the tomato sauce.
  5. Garnish with fresh basil and Parmesan cheese.
