The Scalzo family of farmers in the Sila Mountains of southern Calabria puts together a grand mix of their vegetable harvest near the end of summer and makes this wonderful spread. See the list of ingredients which is very impressive, but everything is well balanced making it a perfect slightly spicy spread and rich flavor added to all your savory preparations. This spread goes excellent on bruschetta, grazing boards, antipasti courses, or with crackers.
