Pesto with basil and summer truffles from Savini Tartufi. Use in cooking: goes well with, among other things, tapas, meat, fish, pasta and pizza. Summer truffle is light brown inside and has a milder truffle flavor than winter truffles. The ripening period is from June to November but predominantly during the summer, hence the name summer truffle.

Savini Tartufi makes top class truffle products from Tuscany. The history of the Savini family and truffles goes back to the 20s when Giuseppe Savini discovered his passion for truffles. Today, the company is run by the fourth generation of family members.

Ingredients: Basil 48%, olive oil, water, Parmigiano Reggiano DOP (MILK), Pecorino Romano DOP (SHEEP'S MILK, salt, rennet, lactic acid), summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) 5%, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, salt, pine nuts 1.5% , arom. May contain traces of NUTS and PEANUTS. The product can be stored at room temperature, protected from heat sources and direct sunlight.
