Torrone and Dark Chocolate Mousse


  • 4 oz dark chocolate, chopped
  • 2 D. Barbero Soft Torrone with Hazelnuts, crumbled
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


  1. Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler and let it cool slightly.
  2. Wash the heavy cream with sugar and vanilla in a separate bowl until soft peaks form.
  3. Gently fold the melted chocolate into the whipped cream.
  4. Fold in the crumbled torrone, ensuring it's evenly distributed.
