Ingredients: milk, water, pecorino cheese 20% (sheep's milk, lamb rennet, salt), cream, butter, modified corn starch, tapioca starch, citrus fibre, natural flavourings, lactic acid, salt, black pepper 0.6%. Contains milk; may contain egg. The maker lists it as gluten free. 250 g bottle. Warm it gently and toss with freshly cooked pasta.
