For the Bergamot Gelees we were inspired by this fragrant citrus fruit, whose worldwide cultivation is almost totally attributed to the Calabria region, characterizing the landscape of the rocky Ionian coasts that stretch from Villa San Giovanni to Monasterace.

The taste of Bergamot, fresh and floral, recalls that of bitter orange, but its peculiar notes make it a unique and rare fruit, for true admirers. Bergamot Gelees maintains the Cruelty Free ethics line and the absence of gluten.
