Every year we eagerly await the arrival of il Molino's new crop of Limited Edition Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Caninese, Leccino and Frantoio olives are blended together to produce a delicate, medium fruity, fragrant oil with notes of thistle, dried fruit and aromatic herbs. Only 2,000 bottles are made.

This year's rose is a stunning teal blue - an ode to the scented roses which surround the orchards where the olives are harvested.
