Brezzo Italian Orange Honey (Miele di Arancio) is orange blossom honey from Sicily and Calabria, from Brezzo's Antologia dei Mieli line, in a 400 g (14.1 oz) swing-top glass jar with a wooden honey dipper. Apicoltura Brezzo is a beekeeping family in Monteu Roero, Piedmont. Ingredient: orange blossom honey. Light amber and very fragrant, with a note of orange peel; it crystallizes quickly, turning pale beige, which is natural. Try it with Ragusano or caciocavallo, in pastry, at breakfast, or to sweeten cold drinks. Keep in a cool, dry place away from light. Not for infants under one year.
