The recipe for our Panettone Apricot & Ginger is based on the successful combination of velvety semi-candied apricots with the fresh and peppery notes of candied ginger. This Panettone is one of the most sought-after by foodies worldwide, as they search for new flavor combinations.

The artisanal Panettone Marron Glacé is obtained from natural leavening from sourdough and 72 hours of patient craftsmanship. The yellow dough is soft and well-alveolated and is richly filled with enveloping marron glacé cream and marron glacé in chunks, which give the Panettone a persistent and refined taste. The basic ingredients are all fresh: eggs from safe farms, milk, cream and mountain butter.

Inspired by botanical tables from the late 1700s, the Panettone and Pandoro containers of the Frutta e Fiori Collection are the result of extensive research that Sonia Design conducted at national and international libraries.

Sonia Pilla found inspiration in fruits, leaves and flowers drawn by hand by skilled artists with expertise in botany. She then laid her own designs out on a natural background. The pink ivory color of the wrapping paper was specifically created for this very Collection.
