Lumache with Wild Mushroom Ragù


  • Fratelli Minaglia Organic Lumache Pasta
  • Mixed wild mushrooms, sliced
  • Onion, finely chopped
  • Garlic, minced
  • Fresh thyme
  • White wine
  • Heavy cream
  • Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper


  1. Sauté onions and garlic in olive oil until translucent.
  2. Add mushrooms and thyme, and cook until mushrooms are tender.
  3. Deglaze with white wine and reduce.
  4. Stir in cream and simmer to thicken.
  5. Toss cooked Lumache with the mushroom ragù.
  6. Serve topped with grated Parmesan, a hearty and comforting dish.
