Lumache with Wild Mushroom Ragù
Ingredients:
- Fratelli Minaglia Organic Lumache Pasta
- Mixed wild mushrooms, sliced
- Onion, finely chopped
- Garlic, minced
- Fresh thyme
- White wine
- Heavy cream
- Parmesan cheese, grated
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Instructions:
- Sauté onions and garlic in olive oil until translucent.
- Add mushrooms and thyme, and cook until mushrooms are tender.
- Deglaze with white wine and reduce.
- Stir in cream and simmer to thicken.
- Toss cooked Lumache with the mushroom ragù.
