Orecchiette with Light Tomato Broth

Ingredients:

 

  • Marella Orecchiette Multicolored with Garden Vegetables
  • Fresh cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • Garlic, minced
  • Olive oil
  • Fresh basil
  • Vegetable broth
  • Salt and pepper

    Instructions:

    1. Prepare the Orecchiette as directed on the package.
    2. In a separate pan, sauté garlic in olive oil.
    3. Add tomatoes and cook until they release their juices.
    4. Pour in vegetable broth and simmer.
    5. Combine the cooked pasta with the tomato broth.
    6. Season with salt, pepper, and fresh basil.
