Ortiz Bonito del Norte al Natural is white tuna (Thunnus alalunga, the longfin) packed in its own juice with a pinch of salt and no oil, in a 214 g (7.5 oz) glass jar. Conservas Ortiz, a Spanish canning family working since 1891, line-catches each fish during the season and prepares it by hand. The tuna is packed into the glass jar and then cooked. Ingredients: white tuna and salt. Contains fish. After opening, keep it covered in the refrigerator and use it within two days.
