Mediterranean Scialatielli with Anchovy Garlic Drizzle


  • Scialatielli Pasta (Graganano Napoli Gentile)
  • Fillets of Anchovies in EVOO
  • Porcini Mushroom Powder (Liveri)
  • Garlic Chile Oil (Casina Rossa)
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Partanna)
  • Balsamic Vinegar (Duke Of Modena)


  1. Cook the Scialatielli Pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente; drain and reserve some pasta water.
