Rustichella d'Abruzzo Egg Fettuccine are dried egg-pasta nests from a family pasta maker in Pianella, Abruzzo, with roots going back to 1924. Ingredients: durum wheat semolina, eggs (31.7%). Contains egg and wheat. The importer says the pasta is bronze-die extruded and slow air-dried. 250 g (8.8 oz); cooks in 4–6 minutes. Serve with a meat or mushroom ragù, or with butter and Parmigiano-Reggiano.
