Sicilian Coffee Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of Morettino Sicilian Coffee, brewed and cooled
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • Whipped cream and cinnamon for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Melt the chocolate chips in a heatproof bowl over simmering water.
  2. Gradually add the brewed coffee to the melted chocolate, stirring until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites and sugar until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the egg whites into the chocolate coffee mixture.
  5. Spoon the mousse into serving glasses and chill for at least 2 hours.
