Spaghetti al Frutti di Mare (Seafood Spaghetti)

Ingredients:

  • Gentile Organic Spaghetti
  • Mixed seafood (shrimp, clams, mussels)
  • Garlic, minced
  • Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • White wine
  • Olive oil
  • Parsley, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Cook spaghetti al dente; set aside.
  2. In a pan, sauté garlic in olive oil.
  3. Add seafood and cook until almost done.
  4. Pour in white wine and add tomatoes; cook until seafood is done.
