Truffled Tuscan Steak Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 ribeye or t-bone steaks, 1 1⁄2 inches thick (about 16 oz total)

  3. Grill steaks over hottest part of grill for 5-7 minutes total, flipping every minute to get crisscross grill marks while basting top side with truffle cream mixture often.
  4. Remove steaks to plate and brush one more layer of truffle cream sauce over the top. Let rest 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
