Fabbri Bombon Cuor di Amarena are chocolate-covered amarena cherries from Fabbri 1905 of Bologna, made together with Maxtris, a family chocolate maker from Naples. Each piece is a candied amarena cherry wrapped in a soft chocolate filling, coated in dark chocolate and finished with a thin sugar shell. Made in Italy; 150 g (5.3 oz) box. Contains milk and soy; may contain tree nuts and peanuts, and occasionally a cherry pit or pit fragment. The maker states they are gluten-free. Store cool and dry, between 10 and 20 C.
