Filone Limone is Loison's sourdough loaf cake, a revival of Alessandro Loison's original recipe by his son Dario. The soft dough is filled with sultanas and candied lemon peel and topped with a crumbly glaze made with PGI Piedmont hazelnuts. Net weight 500 g (17.6 oz).
