Loison's PeachMary® panettone pairs semi-candied peaches with a peach cream filling and a gentle note of rosemary, plus Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar. Like all Loison panettone it is made in Costabissara, near Vicenza, with sourdough and a 72-hour natural rise, using fresh free-range Italian eggs, milk, cream and butter. Net weight 600 g (21.2 oz).
