Torta Floriana is a dense, chewy Tuscan cake in the panforte tradition, made with figs, walnuts and dried and candied fruit. The Nanni family cooks it in copper pots following their own recipe at their pastry shop near Siena. Net weight 250 g (8.8 oz).
