Vergani's organic panettone is made only with certified organic ingredients and takes 72 hours to prepare, giving the low shape and open, honeycombed crumb of a true Milanese panettone. Hand-wrapped. Vergani has made panettone in Milan since Angelo Vergani opened his pastry shop in 1944. Net weight 750 g (1.65 lb).
