Artisanal egg pasta. Straw & hay. Crafted using durum wheat semolina and fresh eggs. Slow dried at low temperature. Hand packed. Cooking Time: Approx. 8-10 min. Our product is made following a long tradition of Italian pasta makers. Only a blend of the best semolina and durum is used, along with fresh local farm eggs and ingredients.
