Ortiz Bonito del Norte white tuna fillets packed in olive oil with a touch of Espelette pepper, in a 220 g glass jar.

Ortiz is a family conservera on Spain's Basque coast, packing line-caught bonito since 1891. The tuna is cooked and hand-packed in large, firm pieces; Espelette, the mild Basque red pepper, adds warmth without heat.

Serve straight from the jar with bread, on a salad, or over warm white beans with lemon.
