Barilla Manicotti, net weight 8 oz (about 227 g), are large ridged pasta tubes made for stuffing and baking. Barilla makes them from semolina and durum wheat flour with non-GMO ingredients.

Ingredients: semolina (wheat), durum wheat flour; vitamins and minerals: niacin (vitamin B3), iron (ferrous sulfate), thiamine mononitrate (vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2), folic acid. Contains wheat. May contain egg.

To cook: boil about 7 minutes in plenty of salted water, without oil, until just tender. Drain, fill with ricotta or a meat filling, cover with sauce and bake.
