Bartolini Italian Cannellini Beans are dried white cannellini beans in a 500 g (1.1 lb) bag, a product of Italy packed by the Bartolini family, farmers and olive oil makers in Arrone, Umbria, since 1850. Ingredient: cannellini beans. Soak overnight, then simmer gently for 60 to 90 minutes until tender. Use them for pasta e fagioli, ribollita, or warm beans with olive oil, garlic and sage.
