True Delicious Chocolate Dipped Almond Biscotti come 15 to a gift box, each one wrapped on its own, 8 oz (227 g) in all. These are almond biscotti with the base dipped in Guittard semi-sweet chocolate (64%), baked twice in the traditional way by True Delicious, a small bakery in Petaluma, California, started by Antonio Russo with recipes from his father, a pastry chef from the Naples area. The box design takes its pattern from the painted tiles of Sorrento. Ingredients (maker's list): wheat flour, cane sugar, almonds, semi-sweet chocolate, eggs, butter, baking powder, natural almond and vanilla extracts. Contains wheat, milk, eggs and almonds; the bakery also handles sesame, soy, peanuts and other tree nuts.
