Il Molino Organic Black Plum Jam (confettura extra di prugne biologica) is made from plums grown on Il Molino's own organic farm near Lake Bolsena, north of Rome in Lazio. It is fruit-forward, with about 60 g of fruit and 40 g of sugar in every 100 g. Spread it on toast or a plain cookie, bake it into a crostata, or spoon it over vanilla ice cream or pound cake. Net weight 250 g (8.82 oz).
