Il Boschetto Braciata Toscana is a Tuscan barbecue seasoning of sea salt and herbs in a 35 g (1.23 oz) glass jar. Il Boschetto is the brand of Boschi 1961, a family spice company in Castiglione della Pescaia, on the Maremma coast of southern Tuscany. Ingredients: sea salt, garlic, rosemary, bay leaves, marjoram, sage, black pepper, thyme. Rub it on steak, pork chops and chicken before they go on the grill, or toss it with olive oil and potatoes or vegetables before roasting.
