De Cecco Gluten-Free Fusilli n° 34 are corkscrew pasta made from a blend of yellow corn, white corn, rice and whole grain rice, with spirals that hold a sauce just like the wheat version. Cook 11 minutes for al dente, 12 for softer. Made in Italy by De Cecco, the pasta maker from Fara San Martino in Abruzzo. Net weight 340 g (12 oz).

Ingredients: yellow corn flour, rice flour, white corn flour, whole grain rice flour, potato starch, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids (plant-based).
