Di Bari Pasta Sauce Marinara is a ready-made tomato sauce in a 680 g (1.5 lb) glass jar from Pastificio Di Bari Tarall'Oro of Puglia, a company founded in Turi, near Bari, in 1982 as a taralli bakery. It is made from tomato pulp and diced tomatoes (50.2%) and tomato concentrate (18.2%), with water, extra virgin olive oil, onion, salt, sugar, basil, celery, garlic, chili pepper and citric acid. Pour it into a pan and heat for a few minutes, then toss with pasta.
