Bronze-drawn egg pasta with a large diameter. Intense egg and wheat flavor, with a meaty bite. Enveloping and flavorful, they pair well with any sauce, maintaining their intense chewiness that never tires. We recommend trying them with oil, parmesan cheese, and licorice powder. Thanks to the use of farm eggs and no added water, Campofilone has a very high cooking yield, and the ideal serving size is 60-65 grams, or 250 grams for 4 servings.

Cooking time: 2-3 minutes in boiling water, let evaporate, and season with the heat off.
