Galbusera ZeroGrano Wafers with Chocolate Cream are crisp gluten-free, lactose-free wafers filled with a cocoa and chocolate cream. The 180 g (6.35 oz) box holds 32 wafers in 4 snack packs of 8, made in Italy by Galbusera.

Ingredients: filling cream 72% (sugar, non-hydrogenated vegetable oil (coconut), rice starch, cocoa 12%, chocolate 3% (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla extract), emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, flavorings), corn starch, soy flour, bamboo fiber, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, non-hydrogenated vegetable oil (coconut), raising agent (sodium bicarbonate), salt, thickener: guar flour, milk proteins, flavorings.

Allergens: contains soy and milk. May contain hazelnuts and other tree nuts. Gluten free and lactose free (under 0.001 g lactose per 100 g), but it contains milk proteins, so it is not suitable for a milk allergy.
