Tiberino One-Pot Trofiette with Pesto Genovese is a 200 g (7 oz) bag of short twisted spinach trofiette with a dried basil pesto, made to cook in a single pan. Tiberino 1888 is made by Sudalimenta in Bari, Puglia. Bring 700 ml of water to a boil in a non-stick pan, add the whole bag, cover and cook over medium-low heat for 14 minutes, stirring now and then, then uncover for 2 more minutes; finish with extra virgin olive oil and grated cheese if you like.
