Loison's Panettone Limoni is filled with lemon cream and studded with candied lemon peel and sultana raisins. The lemons are Sorrento lemons grown on the cliffs of the Amalfi Coast, and the cake is wrapped in paper designed by Sonia Loison. Made with sourdough and a 72-hour natural rise in Costabissara, near Vicenza. Net weight 600 g (21.2 oz).
