The 450 g (1 lb) bag holds split red lentils, whole farro, split peas, black-eyed peas, black beans, red beans, borlotti beans, cannellini beans and split fava beans. Simmer it into a hearty minestrone, finishing the pot with tomato puree, vegetables, herbs and a drizzle of olive oil. GMO-free.
