Rustichella d'Abruzzo Orecchiette are the small, cupped "little ear" pasta of Puglia, packed in a bulk bag with a net weight of 1 kg (2.2 lb). Rustichella d'Abruzzo is a family pasta maker in Abruzzo, Italy. The dough is pushed through bronze dies and dried slowly at low temperature, which gives each piece a rough surface that holds on to sauce.

Ingredients: durum wheat semolina, water. Contains wheat.

Cook about 12 to 16 minutes in plenty of salted boiling water, tasting for doneness.
