Strianese San Marzano peeled tomatoes, Pomodoro San Marzano dell'Agro Sarnese-Nocerino D.O.P., in an 800 g (28 oz) can.

San Marzano tomatoes carry a protected designation: they are grown in the Agro Sarnese-Nocerino area near Naples, where the volcanic soil gives a long, firm, sweet tomato with few seeds. Strianese has canned them since 1965.

Use for a classic sugo, pizza sauce or a long Sunday ragù. Crush by hand into the pan with olive oil, garlic and basil.
