Tarall'Oro Tarallini Gusto Limone e Pepe are bite-size taralli from Puglia, seasoned with lemon and black pepper, in a 250 g (8.81 oz) box. They are made by Pastificio Di Bari Tarall'Oro, which began in 1982 in Turi, near Bari, as a taralli bakery. The pack says they are made with 100% Italian grain and extra virgin olive oil, with no yeast, no sulfites and no palm oil. Ingredients: type "00" soft wheat flour, high-oleic sunflower oil, salt, extra virgin olive oil, pepper (1%), lemon essential oil (0.8%). Contains wheat.
